Title:- Junior Project manager

Position Overview

BluePrint is seeking a Junior Dynamics 365 Project Manager / Technical Project Coordinator to help manage a small, highly technical team supporting enterprise Dynamics 365, Azure data integration, financial systems, and Power Platform initiatives.

This person will work closely with technical resources responsible for Azure Synapse, ETL/data warehousing, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, API Management, Power Automate, D365 integrations, data migration, and financial-system integrations .

The ideal candidate does not need to be a deep technical architect. However, they must understand enough about Dynamics 365, Azure integrations, data migration, and software development projects to organize the work, identify issues, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and keep the technical team moving.

This is a hands-on coordination role within a small team. The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of project activities rather than waiting for detailed direction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Dynamics 365, Azure, data engineering, and integration resources.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.
• Track work across multiple technical workstreams.
• Coordinate sprint planning, standups, status meetings, and project reviews.
• Follow up with technical resources to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on schedule.
• Identify schedule, scope, resource, and technical risks and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain project RAID logs and track mitigation activities.
• Help coordinate multiple projects or client initiatives as priorities change.

Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Coordination

• Coordinate projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Work with D365 technical and functional resources to understand requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and related integration activities.
• Track D365 configuration, development, testing, migration, and deployment activities.
• Help coordinate integration between D365 and other enterprise applications.

Azure / Data Integration Projects

The PM will coordinate technical resources working with:

• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure API Management (APIM)
• ETL / ELT
• Data Warehousing
• Data Migration
• Data Management
• API integrations
• Microsoft Purview

The PM is not expected to personally develop these solutions , but should understand the purpose of the technologies well enough to coordinate technical work and communicate with stakeholders.

Financial Systems

• Coordinate integrations involving financial and ERP systems.
• Track requirements and dependencies between financial applications, D365, Azure, and reporting platforms.
• Coordinate source-to-target mapping, data validation, testing, reconciliation, and migration activities.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure financial reporting and data requirements are clearly documented.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a primary coordination point between technical resources, business stakeholders, and client leadership.
• Translate technical project status into clear business-level updates.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Communicate issues early and clearly.
• Follow up on outstanding decisions, requirements, and dependencies.
• Build strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 2 5+ years of project management, project coordination, technical coordination, or similar experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
• Experience working with software development, integration, data, or cloud projects.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Experience tracking schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small-team environment.
• Experience working with remote technical teams.

The most important requirement is the ability to understand enough of the technology to effectively manage the people and work involved
